Shipping Policy

Potter Pal™ orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days to the United States and 10–20 business days to the rest of the world. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Shipping rates

• $3.00 flat rate on orders up to $70.00
• FREE shipping on orders over $70.00

All prices are in US dollars. We ship to most countries worldwide.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a few business days to show movement after the label is created.

Christmas delivery

For Christmas delivery in the US, please order by November 28. Add Priority Processing at checkout to have your order packed and shipped first.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection covers loss, theft or damage in transit: if your protected order is lost or arrives damaged, we resend it at no cost.
